As a charity, KGC is governed by the rules and regulations of the Scottish Charity Regulator, OSCR:

As a gymnastics club, KGC is governed by the rules and regulations of Scottish Gymnastics: 

https://www.scottishgymnastics.org/

Thereafter, governance of KGC does not override these rules and regulations but complements them and outlines policies and procedures specific to KGC.

The Board of Trustees oversee the governance of the club which includes the development of policies and procedures.

Trustees meet regularly and 3 trustees are required for meetings to be quorate.
